It's a hidden treasure, set at night in October, with a course that winds its way through the ancient city of Woerden in the Netherlands. The local water tower stands as the course's center piece, slowly fading into the background as the sun sets. The magical atmosphere is emphasized by the fair (kermis in Dutch), with its brightly flashing, coloured lights, the sounds of games, and the excitement of its visitors.
